This multi-layered foam replacement piece is designed to fit the small Bell-shaped Headrest Base (#92203) and small Dual Mount Bell-shaped Headrest Base (#92204). It includes an adhesive backed loop material attached to the foam that will adhere firmly to the steel headrest base.
